When booking your appointment with us you agree to our booking policy which includes 30% fee of your service price if you cancel within less than 24hrs and a 50% fee of your service price if you no show to your appointment.
When confirming your appointment you MUST enter your card details. This does NOT take any money from your card it will only hold the details as per our policy you have agreed to.
Before your appointment you must go through the following questions and answer them truthfully. If you answer yes to any of the following you will need reschedule.
Have you or anyone in your house travelled in the last 14 days or have been in contact with anyone who has?
Have you or anyone in your household self isolating?
Are you feeling unwell and showing any flu like symptoms?
To ensure the safety of yourself and others please follow these salon policies.
Upon arrival please use your Safe WA app and scan the QR code or sign in at reception and please use the hand sanitiser provided.
We still need to maintain social distancing guidelines within the salon therefore we ask you please do not bring anyone with you into the salon. We are allowed to have 11 people within the salon.
If you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Our late cancellation fee will be waived for this valid reason.
Sneeze guards are available upon request. Please bring your own mask if you wish to wear one.
Our salon stations are cleaned and disinfected after every client.
